Meet the Artists Behind Floozy Couture
Our Story
Floozy Couture began as two separate journeys. Laura and Cindy were both creating, experimenting, and selling their own handmade pieces long before they ever thought of teaming up. Each had her own little corner of the craft and art world — Laura with her brushes and paints, Cindy with her resin pours and handmade jewellery. They were walking parallel paths, never knowing how much their skills would complement one another until fate brought them together in Wimborne.
When they met, it just clicked. They discovered that their talents didn’t overlap so much as they wove together — like colour and light blending in resin, or brushstrokes meeting a blank canvas. That was the birth of Floozy Couture: a brand built on friendship, creativity, and the belief that handmade art means something more than just an object.
At Floozy Couture, every piece is made with love, laughter, and intention. We believe art and craft can bring people joy, calm, inspiration, and connection. That’s why we take pride not only in what we make, but in how we make it. Nothing here comes from a factory line. Everything is shaped, poured, painted, polished, or strung by our own hands — and often customised just for the person who’s going to cherish it.

Meet Laura & Cindy
The Painter & Dreamer
Laura Mulliner
For Laura, art has always been a way of seeing the world differently. From an early age, she was drawn to the challenge of capturing life on canvas — not just the way someone looks, but the spark in their eyes, the emotions behind their smile, the stillness or movement that makes them them.
Laura specialises in portrait painting and realistic art. Her intricate portraits have a depth and precision that makes them stand out, while her figurines and ornaments bring whimsical beauty to homes. Whether it’s a resin angel sculpture glowing with colour, or a hand-painted canvas commissioned as a family gift, Laura pours her patience and skill into every brushstroke and detail.
Her passion is making art personal. Many of her works are commissions — someone’s beloved pet immortalised in paint, a grandparent’s portrait that becomes a treasured family heirloom, or a figurine in someone’s favourite colour scheme. She loves the challenge of translating a customer’s vision into something tangible, and she takes pride in the fact that no two of her creations are ever the same.
When Laura isn’t painting or sculpting, she’s brainstorming new ways to bring art and craft together — blending her realistic painting with Cindy’s resin work, or sketching out ideas for ornaments that combine both their styles. She’s the dreamer of the duo, always reaching for the next creative idea and pushing Floozy Couture into new territory.

Cindy Burr
Cindy’s journey into the world of handmade art started with a fascination for the little details. She always loved working with her hands, from crafting jewellery pieces to experimenting with resins, beads, and crystals. Over time, she developed a reputation for her bracelets, pendants, and one-of-a-kind ornaments.
What makes Cindy’s creations stand out is her attention to detail. Every bracelet is strung with balance in mind, every pendant poured with colours that flow seamlessly, every ornament polished until it feels just right in the palm. She has a gift for turning raw materials into finished pieces that feel magical — like they’ve always belonged to the person who picks them up.
Cindy’s speciality is handmade resin art. She creates everything from shimmering crystal pyramids and decorative dishes, to bold necklaces and colourful figurines. Her resin work often incorporates crystals or natural elements, giving them not just beauty but also a sense of meaning and energy.
But for Cindy, it’s not only about making things — it’s about the story behind them. She loves chatting with customers, hearing what colours they love, what stones they feel drawn to, and what kind of vibe they want in their jewellery. She thrives on collaboration, working side by side with Laura to make custom pieces that feel deeply personal to each buyer.
If Laura is the dreamer, Cindy is the grounding force — the one who makes sure every idea becomes a finished, polished creation that people can hold, wear, and cherish. Together, they balance each other perfectly.
